I'm Ravonn

I've spent the last 8 years coaching people through the same challenges you might be facing right now — the "I haven't worked out in years," the "I don't know where to start," the "I want to feel strong again." I founded Revitalize U Fitness in 2022 for one reason: to help people.

Whether you're stepping into your first class nervous or coming back to training after a long break, you'll get coaching that meets you where you are — not where some program thinks you should be. We push hard. We have fun. And we build something real together.

What should I bring to my first class?
Just water and yourself. Wear workout clothes you can move in and comfortable shoes. We provide all the equipment.
I'm a total beginner — is this for me?
Absolutely. Every exercise scales up or down to your fitness level. You'll never be the only beginner in class, and you'll never feel left behind.
How long is each class?
45–60 minutes. We start with a dynamic warm-up, move through programmed strength and conditioning, and finish strong with team-style work or a partner drill.
What happens if it rains?
If weather forces a cancellation, you'll get a text at least 30 minutes before class. No surprises, no wasted trips to the park.
What happens after the 4-week intro?
You can continue with unlimited classes at $100/month — your founding member rate, locked in for as long as you stay enrolled. No long-term contracts, cancel anytime.
