2

"Game 1 — Ammo Can Sprint Relay. Each team member picks up two ammo cans — one in each hand. Sprint 20 yards to the cone, touch it, sprint back, hand both cans to the next team member. Next person goes immediately. Drop a can — stop, pick it up, keep moving. We are on the clock. Fastest team time wins. Two cans, one in each hand — don't carry both in one arm. Any questions? Cans up — let's go!"
Watch for this: people will try to carry both cans in one arm. Correct it before they start.

"Sea Bag Gauntlet — four team members, four different ways to move the bag. Team Member 1 shoulder carries it 18 yards to the cone and back. Team Member 2 drags it by the straps low to the ground, 18 yards and back. Team Member 3 bear-hugs it — no using straps — 18 yards and back. Team Member 4 is your anchor sprint — no bag, pure speed 18 yards and back. Each person must finish before the next one goes. Clock stops when Team Member 4 crosses the start line. Fastest time wins."
Put your strongest team members on legs 1 and 3 — shoulder carry and bear hug are the hardest.

"Farmer Carry Partner Hold — two people work at a time. Team Members 1 and 2 go first. Team Member 2 walks to the finish cone and stands there holding one dumbbell overhead — arms locked. Team Member 1 picks up two dumbbells and farmer carries them 15 yards to the finish. When they arrive, they swap — Team Member 2 picks up the two dumbbells and carries them back. Team Member 1 holds overhead at the start end. When Team Member 2 arrives back, Team Members 3 and 4 step up and do the exact same thing. Clock stops when Team Member 4 crosses the start line. "Beachhead Drag — everybody goes at once. All four team members grab the bag or rope any way you can and drag it 18 yards to the finish line. When the bag crosses the finish — drop it and immediately do 10 synchronized burpees right there. I am only counting reps where every single one of you is at the top at the same time. First team to complete 10 good reps wins the heat. Talk to each other. Count together. The drag is the warmup — the burpees are where you win or lose it."

"Final Op — 5 minutes, 3 stations, one person working at a time. Here is one complete round: Station A — bear crawl 10 yards out and back pushing two ammo cans along the sand in front of you. Station B — 5 dumbbell squat curl-presses. Squat down, curl the weights up, press overhead, stand — that is one rep, do 5. Station C — sprint 12 yards out, drop your chest to the sand, push up, sprint back — that is one rep, do 3. When Team Member 3 finishes Station C — your counter marks ONE complete round. Team Member 4 immediately starts Station A. Most complete rounds in 5 minutes wins. Clock starts on my GO."

[Gather everyone. Teams facing the water. Ocean behind you.] "Listen up. Look around you. Sand. Sun. Ocean. Most people come to this beach to relax. You are not most people. Twenty-four of you showed up today. That was your first decision. Every decision after this is going to be harder — made on tired legs, in the heat, with your team watching. [pause] The sand you're standing on is going to fight you every step you take. Every sprint. Every carry. Every drag. This beach does not care about your fitness level. It will make everything harder — and that is exactly why we are here. [pause] Six teams. One mission. Earn every point. One rule above all others: do not let the person next to you suffer alone. Every movement today has a modification. If I call a mod — take it. That is not weakness. That is smart. We finish together. [pause] Teams — you have 60 seconds. Huddle up, pick a team name, and make it count. [start 60-second timer · let them go · call them back] Names locked in? Type them into the scoreboard. The ocean is behind me. You have nowhere to go but forward. Let's get after it. FALL IN." [Move immediately to Game 1 — no delay.]
